MUSIC AND POETRY EVENINGS

A night of music, poetry and a huge amount of pretty drunk people

This was a night organised by Richard Sherwell intended as a very relaxed and informal evening of live music, poetry reading, socialising and drinking. Everyone was told to bring their own seat and their own beverages and we set up a whole live music kit of amps, microphones, speakers and other stuff I don't know much about. There was a large crowd of people who had mainly forgotten their seats so had to sit in the concrete floor or fight for the small selection of deck chairs but who seemed very happy with their plastic glasses and cheap red wine.
